Refund & Returns Policy 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

If your item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, you must contact us with proof (photos) within a reasonable timeframe. To be eligible for a refund the item must be returned to Visionary Crystals at the buyer's expense. 

Once the item has been received by Visionary Crystals and inspected any refund issued is at our discretion. This may result in a full refund, partial refund, or no refund depending on the condition and circumstances.
